Oftentimes when we get a new resident, we need to lay down the law quickly, especially if the rap sheet indicates a potential troublemaker. This young buck certainly doesn't look like much of a problem, but sometimes you can't judge a book by its cover. So, I did what any well intentioned Halfway House Manager would do - let him know who is boss immediately.
